SITE RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

• The traffic pattern is one way after Gate opens Friday. Please park and camp only in mowed areas.

• Please be advised that the site is fairly primitive. You will want to have your own shade and chairs; portable toilets will be located at convenient areas around the site.

• Vehicles may drop off items at interest areas (list field, archery range, etc.) but ALL vehicles MUST park in the parking area after drop off. No vehicles will be permitted to park along the lanes. Any vehicle parked along the lane will be towed.

• The lane is one way beginning noon on Friday, please enter from Cathcart Road, towards the Gate tents, and exit the site onto Troy-Urbana Road.

• Tables and chairs in the hall must remain in the hall. Please do not remove furniture from the hall. This is a REQUIREMENT of the site owners. Breaking this rule means the host group will lose the site.

• Please do not swim, wade or fish in the pond or drainage ditch.

• PARENTS: Please do not allow minor children (under age 18) to be at the pond without you. Unsupervised children will be returned to parents when found. If unaccompanied children are found at the pond a second time, the family will be asked to leave.

• Fires are permitted ONLY in campsite fire bowls.  There are common bowls in the RV area.  There are no common bowls in the tent camping area. The site controls the fire bowls. Please do not build fires outside fire bowls.

• The bonfire common area is located near the pond. Please do not let minor children (under age 18) go to the bonfire area alone during any evening bonfire area activities. (See above.) Please accompany minor children to and from the bonfire common area.

• TENT CAMPING QUIET HOURS: Midnight to 7 am. Please refrain from playing loud musical instruments, drumming or loud singing during these hours. Please be considerate of your fellow campers.
